Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. Initiating a Return:
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at Hello@Storahonline.com. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return request.
3. Return Process:
To return an eligible item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Conditions for Return:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and are in sellable condition.
Management will inspect and approve all returned item/s when received. After approval, store credit (discount code) will be given.
Please allow 5-7 Business days for your return to be processed upon receipt.
5. Final Sale Items:
Please note that no refunds will be provided for final sale items.
